Cookie policy

Last updated: 31 August 2026

At PadelSwift we use cookies and similar technologies. This policy explains which ones we use, what for, and how you can manage them.

This policy is governed by Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What are cookies?

They are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. They keep the site working, remember your preferences and, if you allow it, measure its use and our campaigns.

Consent (Google Consent Mode v2)

When you arrive, analytics and marketing cookies are off by default and only activate if you accept them. We use Google Consent Mode v2: until you consent, no analytics or advertising cookies are stored. You can accept all, reject all or choose by category. Separately, reCAPTCHA is a security measure needed to keep our forms from being flooded by bots, so it does not depend on the banner; in exchange, it only loads when you interact with a form and never during the rest of your visit.

Third-party cookies and international transfers

Analytics and marketing cookies are provided by Google and may involve transferring personal data to the United States. The same applies to reCAPTCHA, which we use as a security measure on our forms. Such transfers rely on GDPR safeguards, in particular the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How to manage or withdraw your consent

You can change your choice at any time using the button below, from the cookie icon (bottom-left of the site) or by clearing cookies in your browser settings. We will ask for your consent again after 6 months.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time.
