Privacy policy

Last updated: 31 August 2026

At PadelSwift we respect your privacy and process your data in accordance with the GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and applicable national law. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have.

Data controller

Caucasia Directorship, S.L., owner of the PadelSwift brand, Spanish tax ID (CIF) B87637534, registered at Calle Manuel Núñez, 2, floor 4, offices 1 and 2, 36203 Vigo (Pontevedra), Spain. You can contact us at info@padelswift.com or through the contact form.

What data we process

The data you provide in our forms (name or company, email, phone, country, message and the court configuration you request) and, with your consent, browsing data via analytics cookies. We also process technical data that is essential to protect our forms against spam: your IP address and signals from your interaction with the page.

Purposes and legal basis

To handle your quote and contact requests (pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest); to send you the returns report you request (consent); and to measure site usage in aggregate (consent). We do not make automated decisions with legal effects.

Retention

We keep your data while we handle your request and any resulting commercial relationship, and afterwards for as long as necessary to meet our legal obligations.

Recipients and transfers

We may rely on providers acting as data processors: web hosting, analytics, the sales management tool (CRM) where we record your request, internal notifications to our team, and the anti-spam service that protects our forms. We do not sell your data. Where analytics involves international transfers, they are carried out with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Cookies

We use cookies as detailed in our Cookie policy, with the prior consent you manage from the banner.

Anti-spam protection on our forms (reCAPTCHA)

To prevent automated form submissions we use Google reCAPTCHA v3, which analyses your interaction with the page (IP address, mouse and keyboard events and browser information) and returns a trust score. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the site against abuse and spam (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The script only loads when you interact with a form, not during the rest of your visit. Very low scores are discarded automatically and borderline ones are reviewed by a person before any decision is made, so there are no automated decisions producing legal effects concerning you. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service; Google may process this data in the United States under GDPR safeguards (EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses). If you would rather not use reCAPTCHA, you can email us directly at info@padelswift.com.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (AEPD in Spain, CNIL in France).

To exercise your rights or for any privacy query, contact us through our contact form.
